1)  I used the Wilton Heart Baking and Craft Cups (not the Mini size) ~ they are available at Joanns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby etc in the Wilton baking section OR via www.wilton.com

2) the MSRP of the (12) Wilton Baking Cups is $9.99.  I used a 40% off coupon, so each cup costs $0.50

3)  a small piece of styrofoam needed 

4)  yes, the heart is "stuck" to the silicone baking cup .. instructions included for using a small piece of "foam" carpet tape, or Silicone Caulk!   THANKS Gayle!
