Here's how the Sleeve Scrunchers "attach" ...

Place the Sleeve Scruncher inside the shirt sleeve with the elastic loop facing the neckline, and the SOFT Velcro side down (touching the skin). Scrunch up the sleeve fabric, and bend the Sleeve Scruncher around the shirt sleeve.  Insert end through the elastic loop, slide the elastic loop over, make any necessary adjustments to the shirt gathers, and fold the Sleeve Scruncher in thirds to secure!  Ta Da!
