1)  Yes, the bib is done ITH (In-the-Hoop) - you simply cut it out, make some "snips" .. it's EZPZ!

2)  Yes, the neck opening fits real babies up to 6 months!

3)  Yes, the bib uses fabrics of your choice (choose {2} coordinating fabrics to make the bib "reversible")
