1)  Yes, the burpie is done ITH (In-the-Hoop) - then you turn it inside out and stitch the "turning opening" closed!

2)  Yes, the ribbon is securely attached, AND the instructions tell you how to make sure it doesn't need re-tying after being laundered ~ YAY! 

3)  Yes, the burpie uses fabrics of your choice (choose coordinating fabrics to make the burpie "reversible")
