I first saw this adorable Santa Hat purse on SewForum.com, and I immediately KNEW this was a project I WOULD finish!  So I made a Santa Hat purse for my 10-year old niece, and then both my 20-year old and 16-year old nieces wanted one!  I also used one as a "gift bag" for my neighbors 16th birthday present, and every birthday party attendee wanted one!  Now to get one done for ME! 

I need elves ... LOL!
